Estate Planning & Probate

• Preparation of wills and trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents
• Representation of parties in will probate and estate administration
• Advising heirs and beneficiaries of rights and obligations in probate and estate proceedings
• Assisting in determination of heirs if a person dies without a will
• Assisting in collection of decedent’s assets, payments of debts and claims against the estate, and distribution of the estate to those entitled to receive it
